Realizing that most homes lack color and yet don't require much preparation to paint, I can come in and paint a regular sized bedroom for around $100. Kitchens with breakfast areas usually run $200. Master bedrooms are a little more and living rooms can go for as much as $300 depending on the heigth of the ceilings, but usually aren't more than around $100 - $200. These are basic ball park figures, and reflect my painting the interior walls only (two coats) as the trim is normally white and in good shape and all of my past customers have always been thoroughly satisfied with both the quality and the price of my labor. However, I also paint older homes, businesses, and just about everything that can be painted if you will give me a call. Here's the catch... you buy the paint... whatever quality and name brand you choose, and I supply everything else, including a great attitude!
